Easy Gluten-Free Cacao Granola

Ingredients 

  1 1/2 Cups Buckwheat Kernels 

  1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts

  1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut

  1/3 Cup Ceremony Classic Cacao 

  2 TBSP Buckinis

  Pinch of Salt

  2 TBSP Melted Coconut Oil

  2 TBSP Maple Syrup

 

Method

  Preheat oven to 170°C.

  Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  Mix coconut oil and maple syrup together, then stir into other ingredients.

❹  Spread evenly on a baking tray. Bake for 15 - 20 mins. Stir halfway through cooking.

❺  Serve with yogurt, fresh berries, or sprinkle over your smooothies.
