Easy Gluten-Free Cacao Granola

Ingredients
○ 1 1/2 Cups Buckwheat Kernels
○ 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
○ 1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut
○ 1/3 Cup Ceremony Classic Cacao
○ 2 TBSP Buckinis
○ Pinch of Salt
○ 2 TBSP Melted Coconut Oil
○ 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
Method
❶ Preheat oven to 170°C.
❷ Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
❸ Mix coconut oil and maple syrup together, then stir into other ingredients.
❹ Spread evenly on a baking tray. Bake for 15 - 20 mins. Stir halfway through cooking.
❺ Serve with yogurt, fresh berries, or sprinkle over your smooothies.
