Heavenly Ceremony Cacao Macadamia Brownie

A creamy, rich brownie full of nourishment. Raw - no cooking required, all nutrients intact. Delectable, chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients

1 cup roasted (or raw macadamias)

1 cup almond meal

20 pitted medjool dates

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1/3 cup Ceremony Cacao blend

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/3 tsp sea salt

 

Chocolate Ganache Frosting:

1 cup cashews, soaked for 2-4 hours

1 cup coconut cream

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey

1/3 cup Ceremony Cacao Blend

1/2 tsp vanilla

Pinch of sea salt

 

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients for the brownie in a food processor. Blend until all ingredients sticks together. Press the dough out into a liner tin using your fingers. Even out the edges with the backside of a tablespoon.

Set aside.

2. Add all ingredients for the chocolate ganache frosting to a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

3. Spread the frosting over the brownie. Place the in the freezer to set, for at least 4 hours.

4. Decorate with macadamias and edible flowers before serving if desired.
